Varichon et Clerc, Methode Traditionelle
Bottle-fermented in the traditional fashion this is a rather
stylish, crisp wine with delicate biscuit notes. There is
an underlying richness too, on the mid-palate and finish.
A great aperitif.

Italy
From old vines of the Treviso region,this rose wine is created
from slightly pressed red grapes. Brilliant,lively,cherry-like
highlights. The aroma is delicate and fragrant,fruity with
scents of rose,raspberry and Marasca cherry.

Champagne Grand Cru Brut
This has a rich, rounded style, benefiting from a blend
of old and young vine fruit. There is an attractive harmony
of apple freshness and warmer pastry notes. Great by itself,
but equally robust enough to be drunk with food!

This is a wonderfully delicate shade, just touched with
a whisper of pink. Pinot Noir based, there are hints of
aromatic berry fruit on both the nose and palate – very
